Energy industry information can be found from a range of sources, including Commonwealth and state government sources, as well as non‑government websites.
The AEIC is frequently asked to provide renewable project information. While we do not collect or manage this information directly, we have included a number of public access links.
Energy projects change a lot. New proposals come up and existing proposals are sometimes paused or abandoned. The progress through development and approval stages also varies across projects and locations.
Maintaining a full and up-to-date set of project information is difficult. The sites listed here give public access to maps, project locations, and other energy-related data. This information is compiled by external sources. We do not control the accuracy, currency, or content of these sites. Please keep this in mind when using the information provided.
Some commercial mapping and data services provide more detailed and up-to-date information. These services require a paid subscription and are not included here.
